We were watching it all unfold live on the Citizen app—sirens, flashlights, chaos—and then started tipping off the traditional media ourselves. If you catch this on NBC 4 or ABC 7 tonight… yep, that was us.
Citizen has flipped the script. Regular people aren’t just consuming the news—we’re making it. And Gavin captured the whole thing in real time with wit, curiosity, and just enough disbelief.
Who knows, maybe this ends up in the blooper reel.
